Each mobile is carefully handcrafted and packed with attention to every detail — from the glass itself to the way it arrives at your door.
Most orders are prepared and packed within 3–7 business days. As each piece is handmade, processing times may occasionally vary slightly.
Orders are typically delivered within 7-21 business days after dispatch.
Packaging
Glass pieces are fragile by nature, so every order is carefully wrapped and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive shipping confirmation and tracking details (when available).
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Because many items are handmade or made-to-order, slight variations are part of what makes each piece unique. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the item and packaging so we can help as quickly as possible.
Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
